  • Purpose: To deliver the live radio broadcast to your device.

B. AI Chat Feature (KONR AI)

The App includes an AI-powered chat interface (“KONR AI”) powered by Google’s Generative Language API (Gemini).

  • What is processed: The text messages you type into the chat interface are sent to Google’s servers to generate a response.
  • Purpose: To provide interactive, thematic responses within the App.
  • Data Retention: We do not store your chat history on our own servers. The chat history is stored locally on your device’s temporary memory (RAM) while the app is running and is cleared when you close the App.

2. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions on your device to function correctly:

  • INTERNET: Required to connect to the radio stream and the AI chat service.

  • FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: Required to keep the radio playing in the background while you use other apps or turn off your screen.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not require user accounts or store personal data on our own servers, there is no user data to request for deletion. All temporary app data (such as cached images or chat logs) resides solely on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s storage in your device settings.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
